Cancellation Policy

Once an order once it has been submitted and printed, we regret that it is not possible to amend it, combine it with another order or add products to it. If you would like to cancel your order, please email [email protected] immediately. We will do our best to cancel your order if we can, but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event you should experience a problem with any of our goods, please contact us by calling 01743 216 700, emailing [email protected] or visiting our Shrewsbury store.

We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however should any goods you receive from us prove to be in any way faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. Before you return any faulty goods, please contact us and we will either arrange to cover the cost of the returning shipping or arrange for the items to be collected by our couriers.

Should you. for any reason, decide to return any goods which are not faulty, please ensure you return them to us within 28 days. (Please see ‘How to return items to us’ below.) We will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, providing the items are unused, unopened and in a saleable condition with packaging intact. We will not be able to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund on patterns or books.

How to return items to us

When returning any items to us, please pack your items in appropriate packaging and include your original invoice, if possible. Please also include a note to let us know your name, telephone number and email address, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for the items returned. If you would like an exchange, please let us know which items you would like to have in place of the items you are sending back.

If you cannot include your original invoice, please include your postcode on your note so that we can locate your order on our system.

If you have asked for a refund, we will process this as soon as possible, providing the items are unused, unopened and in a saleable condition.

If you have asked for an exchange, again, please ensure that the returned items are unused, unopened and in a saleable condition with packaging intact. We will send the replacement items that you have requested as soon as possible and in the event that an additional payment is required (if your replacement items are higher in value than the items you have returned), we will contact you by telephone to arrange this.
